We are not responsible for hair once hair is altered in any way other than its natural state ex; dyed, curled in extreme hot temperatures we do not provide any refunds or exchanges for damaged hair.

We don't accept refunds or exchanges on any Eye Lashes, or cosmetics.

If you have received hair accessories ex; bonnet, melt bands, scarfs and it is damaged we will provide you one at no cost to you within 15 days of purchase.

Please allow up to 15 days for delivery of products including hair extensions, wigs all cosmetics.If you please a order out of the U.S please allow up to 20 working days to receive order.
