For all custom Kali hair colors please allow additional 4 business days to process your order. 

Your tracking numbers will be emailed to you so please make sure all of your info is correct.

We will gladly accept exchanges within 7 days after your purchase clothes must be unworn and in original condition.

We do not accept returns on accessories.

Kali Hair Extensions Return policy:

We accept exchanges on our virgin bundle hair within 7 days after purchase. If you are returning curly hair, the hair be in its natural state and curl pattern MUST NOT BE ALTERED in any way! 

No Exchanges on Frontals or Closures.

No Exchanges on Full Lace Wigs or Lace Front wigs!!

Kali Lashes return policy:

•No exchanges on Kali Lashes due to the nature of item. The eyes are sensitive part of our bodies so due to hygienic purposes we cannot make any exchanges or refunds.
