- Processing Time
All orders are processed within 14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are based on the shipping method you choose during checkout.
-Standard shipping: 7-14 business days
-Expedited Shipping: 3-4 business days
-Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
- Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 states in America and Canada. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.
- International Shipping
For International orders, please be aware that customers duties and taxes may apply, and the recipient is responsible for these charges. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
- Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
- Changes to your order
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be modified.
